 Gluten Free Magic Bars

Ingredients

1 gluten free graham cracker pie crust

1/2 stick of butter, melted

1 cup Chopped pecans or almonds, I used 1/2 and 1/2

One can Sweetened condensed milk

2 cups chocolate chips 

1 cup sweetened coconut flakes or grated

Pinch of salt

Preheat your oven to 350. Gather your ingredients. 



Grease a 9 x 13 “ pan. I used avocado oil in a spray bottle. Crumble the pie crust directly into the pan and pour the butter directly onto it. 





Mix the butter and crumbs well. Flatten it out with your spatula or hand.

Sprinkle on the nuts. Then drizzle the condensed milk over the top, as evenly as possible. Use a rubber spatula to scrape the can. Don’t worry if you miss a couple tiny spots. Trying to use a spatula at this point will just lift your crust.


Sprinkle on the chocolate chips evenly, then add the coconut.

Then pop it in the oven for about 30 min. Mine was done a bit earlier. Give it a check at 25 min.


Now is the hard part. Wait until it completely cools before you cut into it and enjoy.
